Idea Pitching Contest Instructions

  • Team Size: Teams of 3 members (interdisciplinary teams preferred).
  • Abstract Submission: Submit a 300-word layout of your idea (Problem expected to be addressed, brief description of AI model, pilot results (if applicable)).
  • Preliminary Round: Initial presentation/pitch evaluation by expert jury.
  • Final Round: Working prototype/model demonstration.
  • Exciting awards and prizes for winners in each category.

Paper Presentation Instructions

  • Categories: Oral Research Presentations and Scientific Poster Showcases.
  • Abstract Format: Structured abstract (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) up to 250 words.
  • Review Process: Peer-reviewed selection by the Scientific Committee.
  • Publication: Accepted abstracts will be published in the conclave souvenir proceedings.
  • Best Paper and Best Poster awards presented during valedictory session.
Hands-on Workshop

Navigating AI for Medical Research

  • Prompt Engineering: Best practices for precise query design in research.
